Join HPED as we welcome summer!

Pick up a passport at the HPED Tent on Brookline Boulevard (in front of St. Jude Shop) or download here.  Complete four or more activities to be entered into our drawing of gift cards!  Return your passport on June 19th-20th to one of the following locations:  the HPED Tent on Brookline Boulevard, Haverford Township Library,  The Kelly Center for Music & Arts at 4 E. Eagle Road, or the HPED office at 412 Darby Road.

Activities:

• Make a purchase at a Haverford Township business
• Go out to breakfast, lunch or dinner that day
• Buy a Keep it Local Gift Card that day
• Purchase a cool treat (ice cream, water ice, or bubble tea or smoothie)
• Decorate a sidewalk square with chalk in one of our business districts - see passport for chalk pick-up locations
• Sign up for children's or adult summer reading program "Tales & Tails" at Haverford Township Free Library
• Introduction and Guided Meditation at the Philadelphia Meditation Center at 1:00pm or 1:45pm.  Adults and children aged 10+.
• Plant a tree at Haverford Reserve 10:00am Meet at the CREC
• Concert at the New Ave Cafe at the Kelly Center with Matt Roach, Geoff Harrison and Jeff Lownes  10:00am-noon
• Sample Yoga Class at E. Eagle Yoga at 10:30am (registration recommended)
• Read with Rocky Kids Story Time at the Grange Estate, 12:30pm
• Self-Guided Garden Tours or Guided House Tours at the Grange Estate 1:00-4:00pm
• Coffee sampling at House Cup Cafe Noon-2:00pm
• 30 min Intro and Guided Meditation at Philadelphia Meditation Center for adults and children ages 10+
• Family Yoga Class at Positivity Yogis 2:00pm
